What Information to Provide When Reporting Problems

 

When reporting a problem, please, always provide the following information to help identify the problem as soon as possible:

1.Screenshot of the About box from the Spearian's Ribbon

2.Copy of the log files stored in the Spearian's Log Directory

3.Instructions on how to reproduce the problem
a) Command you are trying to use (at best enclose the Excel sheet)
b) What you expect the command to return
c) What it actually returns

4.If possible, attach screenshots of the problem and / or video - you can use the free http://camstudio.org/
