License Agreement


By using Spearian for Excel you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the product. Any failure by the author to exercise or to enforce any right or provision of this License Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Activation identifies the current user's credentials (Windows user name and her domain) and checks with the Spearian Cloud whether the license key has not yet been activated. If not, it activates the key under the current credentials. Each time you use Spearian, the add-on checks with the Spearian Cloud whether the credentials correspond to the activated key's credentials. No other data than the activation information is passed to the Spearian Cloud. Your use of the add-on explicitly grants your consent to the activation procedure.


Application Analytics

The application uses a proprietary application analytics in to order to ensure the quality of service and to ensure the quality of the user experience - propagation of application failures, reporting of unacceptable time durations to download data etc. All data is held strictly confidentially and only for support and application design purposes. Your use of the add-on explicitly grants your consent to this procedure.


Copyright & Trademarks
All trademarks referred to by the product or its documentation remain property of their respective holders. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. The product makes no claim it owns the data it provides. If you believe that this product is violating your copyright data, contact the author of the product.


Disclaimer of Legal Liability

You understand that the author of the product bears no responsibility for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or any other damage caused by function or malfunction of the product. You understand that the author guarantees no availability, accuracy, or completeness of the data provided by the product. You agree to indemnify the author and his affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against all and any claims, causes of actions, losses, expenses, and costs resulting from your violation of the License Agreement and the use or misuse of the product and the services it provides, including violation of any third-party rights.


Feature Set Subject To Change

The functionality of the product is continuously expanded. The author, however, gives no guarantee of any kind that any feature will remain in the product or that expected features will be ever implemented.


Financial Data Terms

Resale of financial data is strictly prohibited. Financial data is provided for personal use with no guarantee of any kind for its accuracy or completeness though every single step has been taken to ensure its reliability.

The users are responsible for respecting the terms of use of the data provided by the add-on. In particular:

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to and you pledge not to decompile, reverse engineer or derive the source code or modify the product or any of its parts in any way.


Legal Use of Add-on

You agree to use the product and the data it provides in compliance with all applicable laws, terms of use, contract conditions and rules in your location. The author may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons or if you breach the License Agreement.



The license to the product entitles the owner for 365 days as of the day of activation all updates of the add-on use the add-on on any number of computers with the same activated Windows credentials (Domain Name + User Name) access to all market data provided by the product

Use of Product at Your Risk

You expressly agree that the use of the product is at your own risk.
